Solution to GeekHub PC client failure to start

Recently, we received feedback from customers that the GeekHub PC client program cannot be run in some Windows 10 environments. If you happen to encounter it, you can try the following steps:

1. Find "Time&Language" in the system settings menu

2. Go to the options marked in red.

3. Go to the options marked in red.

4. Go to the options marked in red.

5. Select Chinese (Simplified Chinese), Click the OK button and restart the system.

6. Run the GeekHub PC client program again.
