| Motherboard Update Service | This service is for customers to upgrade the motherboard in order to support features such as Wi-Fi. The customer needs to send the motherboard back to the manufacturer(Located in China), where the manufacturer completes the upgrade to the motherboard and sends it back to the customer. 1. The fee charged for the factory to send back the motherboard to pay the uniform standard traceable international logistics costs. The logistics time limit is 8-15 days (received the epidemic and other factors, the time may be earlier or later) 2. The upgrade operation will erase the clock memory, we can not ensure that the DIY dials within your clock are still valid, so please make a backup before sending. Additional Requirements: This service is only available to customers who purchased EleksTube IPS from this site. After purchasing this service, please send a historical purchase order number to support@elekstube.com. We will inform the factory address via email. |
