Track your package with 17TRACK
For the most reliable carrier updates, please use our official 17TRACK tracking page. It supports the carriers used for EleksTube international shipments and shows the latest package status in one place.
Before you track
- Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking can take 24-48 hours after dispatch to show the first carrier scan.
- Once the package reaches your country, updates may switch to the local last-mile carrier.
- Customs clearance can pause updates for 2-4 business days.
Need help?
If 17TRACK has no update for more than 7 business days, or the shipment shows returned, refused, or address issue, email support@elekstube.com with your order number and tracking number. We will check with the carrier.
