Worldwide Shipping

We offer tracked international shipping to supported countries and regions. Available shipping methods and exact rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

All prices include duties, taxes, and tariffs. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount — no surprise charges on delivery.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Supported regions include:

  • United States (all 50 states + territories)
  • Canada
  • European Union & United Kingdom (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and more)
  • Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and more)
  • Other regions (South Africa, Portugal, Mexico, and select countries)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times below are estimated business days from first carrier scan (the date your package is picked up and receives a tracking record), not from the date you place your order. Standard processing takes 1–2 business days before carrier pickup. The shipping methods available for your address are determined by the checkout system and may vary by country, remote-area status, and carrier availability.

Delivery times are counted from the date your package receives its first carrier scan (pickup/collection record), not from the date you place your order. Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate and not included in the estimates above.

These are estimates, not guarantees. International shipping involves multiple carriers, customs checkpoints, and last-mile delivery networks across different countries. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete, abbreviated, or incorrect delivery addresses
  • Customs inspection, documentation requests, or clearance backlogs
  • Failed delivery attempts (no one available to receive the package)
  • Severe weather events, natural disasters, or seasonal disruptions
  • Armed conflicts, sanctions, or regional instability affecting transit routes
  • National holidays, postal strikes, or carrier capacity constraints in the destination country
  • Peak-season congestion (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.)

In these situations, delivery may take longer than the estimated window, and re-delivery attempts or address corrections may be required. EleksMaker is not liable for delays caused by the above factors. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. For international parcels, your address must include all details required for local delivery, such as recipient name, phone number, postal code, city or state, street name, house or building number, apartment/unit/suite number, and any door, floor, or access details needed by the carrier.

Because international parcels pass through multiple carriers, customs systems, and last-mile delivery networks, address corrections are often not possible after dispatch. If a package cannot be delivered, is delayed, returned, refused, abandoned, or disposed of because the shipping address is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, not written in the required format, or missing a required house, building, apartment, unit, suite, floor, or door number, this is considered a customer-provided address issue and is not the seller's responsibility.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately before dispatch. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, any additional carrier fees, redelivery fees, return shipping costs, reshipment costs, or losses caused by address issues may be borne by the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are configured by destination country or region and by shipping method. The exact available services and costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Rates may be shown in the checkout currency and can change if the carrier, destination, remote-area classification, or available delivery route changes.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs — All Included

Every shipping option includes Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means:

  • Import duties are prepaid by us
  • VAT / GST / sales tax is included where applicable
  • U.S. tariffs on goods from China are included
  • You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery

In rare cases, your local customs authority may request additional documentation. If this happens, contact us and we will provide the necessary paperwork promptly.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Pre-order items: Ship by the date stated on the product page
  • Address requirements: International orders require complete delivery addresses in English. Japanese domestic orders may use Japanese addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with full tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch
  • Packages are handed off to local carriers for final delivery — please allow 3–5 business days after the "arrived at destination country" status
  • You can track your package anytime using the link in your confirmation email

If tracking hasn't updated within 15 business days (standard) or 7 business days (express), please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Remote Area Deliveries

Some addresses in the United States are classified as remote by our shipping partners. If your address is flagged as remote at checkout, a separate remote-area shipping rate may apply regardless of order value.

If you'd prefer to avoid the remote area surcharge, you can:

  • Provide an alternative delivery address (workplace, friend, etc.)
  • Contact us to check if alternative routing is available
