Where we ship from

EleksTube fulfills orders from a network of warehouses, typically located in Japan, China, and the United States. When you place an order, we automatically route it to the warehouse that's closest to your delivery address or has the item in stock — this gets the package to you faster and often reduces customs handling.

We process and dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding local public holidays at the dispatching warehouse.

Origin appears on your tracking notification once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have a preference (e.g., faster regional fulfillment), email support@elekstube.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping options & transit times

Final pricing is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Estimated transit times below begin once the package leaves our facility (i.e., the day it ships, not the order date).

Standard Shipping

  • Dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • Arrives 15–20 business days after dispatch
  • Tracked end-to-end via the local postal carrier in your country
  • Best for: cost-sensitive orders, no rush

Expedited Shipping

  • Dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Arrives 7–13 business days after dispatch
  • Tracked via international courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent)
  • Best for: gifts, time-sensitive orders

Express Shipping

  • Dispatched within 1 business day
  • Arrives 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Premium courier with door-to-door tracking
  • Best for: urgent orders, business customers

Note: orders containing batteries may be routed via a battery-compliant courier, which can shift delivery by 1–2 days. We'll flag this at checkout where applicable.

Customs duties & import taxes

Shipping fees we charge cover transportation only. Import duties, VAT, GST, and any other local customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Rates vary widely by country. Some destinations (notably the EU, UK, and Australia) collect VAT/GST on import; others (US under de minimis, Canada under CAD $20) often clear without additional fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate based on the declared value of your shipment.

We are required by international law to declare the actual purchase value on customs paperwork — we cannot mark shipments as "gift" or under-declare value.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility. Live status is available on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours after dispatch to show its first scan, especially for packages handed to international postal services. This is normal — please don't worry if your label shows "label created" without further updates for a day or two.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, shows an unexpected status, or your package arrives damaged, please contact support@elekstube.com within 14 days of the carrier's last update or the delivery date.

Include your order number, tracking number, and (for damage claims) photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product. We'll work directly with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address & delivery details

  • Address changes: Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot reroute it. Please double-check your address before placing the order.
  • PO Boxes: Standard shipping supports most PO boxes; expedited and express usually require a physical street address.
  • Apartment / unit numbers: Please include them in the address. Missing apartment numbers are the leading cause of failed deliveries.
  • Phone number: Many international couriers require a recipient phone number for customs and delivery. Please provide one at checkout.

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, EU member states, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Asia and South America. If your country isn't available at checkout, email support@elekstube.com — we may be able to arrange a custom quote.
