Warranty Information

This page describes the limited warranty EleksMaker, Inc. provides for products purchased directly from elekstube.com. Products purchased from a marketplace or reseller are governed by that seller's warranty process unless otherwise stated.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Products purchased directly from elekstube.com are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, hardware malfunctions under normal use, and firmware-related issues caused by official updates.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region take priority where they provide additional protection or a longer remedy period.

Remedies

For an accepted warranty claim, EleksMaker will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. Accepted damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims are not subject to the change-of-mind restocking fee. If a return is required for an accepted claim, we will provide instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.

Any repaired or replacement hardware remains covered for the rest of the original warranty period, or for any longer period required by local law.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid exposure, misuse, or improper storage
Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or third-party firmware
Use outside the supplied instructions or published operating conditions
Counterfeit products or products bought from unauthorized sellers

How to Make a Claim

Email support@elekstube.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will troubleshoot remotely first and normally respond within two business days.

Do not ship a product before receiving return authorization and instructions. If a return is required, use the destination specified by our support team and a trackable service.

Returns Are Separate
