Arrived faster than expected and packaged very well. Assembled in minutes and was just what I had hoped for. Used the vendors website to sync the time but then downloaded the windows software. I *assume* the NTP is working but expect I’ll know in a week or so if there is time drift. With the software uploaded some photos (vertical 16:9 ratio - the manual doesn’t advise). I would love to have the weather on the right tube but while the date is there (unfortunately USA format) the weather and temp are not right (0° and sunny when it was over 10° and heavy rain). Not sure where it get location and wether from…. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Amazing device, looking very fancy with tons of options. My teenage kids love the cyberpunk feel it adds to their bedroom desk.
Easy to assemble and program. Outside clear tubes should lock in place over the ips displays. They will easily fall off if bumped. The pc software works but is kind of primitive. The quality of the display tubes is actually better than I expected, and I lived through the entire Nixie tube era. Very pleased with my purchase.

Awesome clock, very funky and recommend it. Build quality is great, solid and feels nice (not a cheap plastic setup). I like the fact that the usb-c port is at the rear of the housing. The cable is a little short. The lads want mine although they will have to buy their own. I am now looking to buy the next one which has glass panels and is laminated from the array of LEDs. Improvements: Weather and location settings in the app so that you get your local weather info. Usb-c cable options 1 metre or 2 metre options. I haven't checked, although a dimming option for the LEDs (the coloured ones). And possibly a dimming option for the IPS screens manual and auto (if you use it in the bedroom) Depending on the processing power, when using the nixie numbers, have numbers cycle through the other numbers every minute, like the original nixie does. Overall great unit and highly recommend it if you are looking for that bit of art or desk feature.

Per my photo I ordered both the clock and a dust cover. The clock was straightforward to assemble. As was putting together the dust cover. I’m very happy with the results I had previously gone looking for a large and illuminated display particularly as my eyes are not as good as they once were, I can see the display clearly at all hours of the day. Anywhere within the room. It is a beautiful finished product that stands out uniquely from other time keeping pieces like computer screens, analog clocks or just a desktop digital.

What is a nixie tube clock?
A nixie tube clock displays time using gas-discharge tubes originally developed in the 1950s. The EleksTube IPS series uses modern IPS LCD screens inside genuine quartz glass tubes to faithfully simulate the warm, floating-digit glow of vintage nixie tubes - without the high voltage, limited lifespan, or fragility of original tubes.
How do I set up the clock?
Connect the USB-C cable to a 5V/1A power source. For first-time Wi-Fi setup, join the open network beginning with EM-IPS-, open 192.168.4.1 if the setup page does not appear, and connect the clock to a 2.4 GHz network. Press the rightmost clock button to view its IP address, then open that address in a browser on the same network.
Can I customize the clock face?
Yes. Use WebUI Dial Manage to choose faces included with the firmware, browse downloadable online packs, or create and upload your own ten-digit clock face. The Images library also accepts personal images, while System controls the base RGB light color and effects.
Does it require an app?
No app or desktop client is required. Current models ship with the latest official WebUI firmware, which opens in a modern browser on a phone, tablet, Mac, or PC connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the clock.
What is the difference between IPS PRO and PR series?
The IPS PRO features a CNC-machined aluminum alloy base with a premium heavyweight feel. The PR series (PR2 Transparent, PR3 Just White) uses lightweight polycarbonate bases in different colorways. All models share the same IPS LCD display technology, WiFi connectivity, and software features.
