EleksTube IPS clock Activation Issue

Recently, customers have reported that they have encountered an issue with the IPS clock prompting device activation. If this happens to your device, you can refer to the following solution.

1. Download and Unzip: Download the attached files and unzip them to a convenient location on your computer.

2. Connect the Device: Connect your EleksTube device to your computer using a USB cable.

3. Launch EleksTube PC Client: Open the EleksTube PC client program included in the attachment.

4. Update Firmware: In the PC client, navigate to the firmware update section and select the activation firmware file from the attachment. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware on your device.



5. Activate Device: After the firmware update is complete, refer to the attached illustration. Click on the version number area at the bottom of the interface to proceed with the activation.
