What is the difference between the Voice Control and Non-Voice Control models?
The Voice Control model includes built-in voice operation. The Non-Voice Control model keeps the same eight-port layout, mechanical switches, display, and power system but omits voice control. Both models can be operated directly from their physical controls.
Which NK6 ports support data transfer?
The four orange USB-A ports support USB 2.0 data and power. The other four USB-A ports provide power only. The data ports are best suited to low-bandwidth peripherals such as wired keyboards and wired mice.
Can I switch each USB port independently?
Yes. Every USB output has its own aircraft-style toggle switch and status indicator, so you can turn connected devices on or off without unplugging them.
How much power can NK6 deliver?
NK6 supports up to 35W total output. Its eight ports are divided into two four-port banks, with up to 17.5W available per bank when used with the included power adapter.
Is an external power adapter required?
Yes. Connect the included DC power adapter for stable operation and full output when several devices are attached. We recommend using the supplied adapter and USB data cable.
Does NK6 require Wi-Fi or an app?
No. NK6 works without Wi-Fi, a mobile app, or a web portal. Use its physical switches and buttons; the Voice Control model also supports built-in voice operation.
Can I use NK6 with high-speed USB 3.x devices?
NK6's data interfaces use USB 2.0. They are not intended for high-speed devices such as external SSDs or capture cards, and are not recommended for latency-sensitive gaming or audio equipment.
